光伏組件的電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)主要(yao)作用(yong)就是(shi)發(fa)電(dian)(dian),發(fa)電(dian)(dian)主體(ti)(ti)市場上主流的是(shi)晶(jing)體(ti)(ti)硅(gui)太陽電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)、薄膜(mo)太陽能(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian),兩者各有(you)優劣晶(jing)體(ti)(ti)硅(gui)太陽能(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian),設備成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本相(xiang)對較低,但(dan)消(xiao)耗及電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本很高,但(dan)光電(dian)(dian)轉換效率(lv)也(ye)高,在(zai)室外陽光下(xia)(xia)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)比較適(shi)宜薄膜(mo)太陽能(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),相(xiang)對設備成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本較高,但(dan)消(xiao)耗和電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本 很低,但(dan)光電(dian)(dian)轉化效率(lv)相(xiang)對晶(jing)體(ti)(ti)硅(gui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)片(pian)(pian)(pian)一半多點,但(dan)弱光效應非常好,在(zai)普(pu)通燈光下(xia)(xia)也(ye)能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)(dian),如(ru)計(ji)算器上的太陽能(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)。






光伏組件邊框接(jie)地問題:
太(tai)陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)站內,電(dian)池組件(jian)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)經過鋁(lv)(lv)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)框與(yu)(yu)鍍(du)鋅(xin)支(zhi)(zhi)架進(jin)行(xing)銜(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie),而鍍(du)鋅(xin)支(zhi)(zhi)架與(yu)(yu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)扁鐵進(jin)行(xing)銜(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)。但用萬用表(biao)測量,光伏組件(jian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)框與(yu)(yu)鍍(du)鋅(xin)支(zhi)(zhi)架之是不導通,這是由于電(dian)池組件(jian)的鋁(lv)(lv)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)框外(wai)表(biao)進(jin)行(xing)了陽極氧(yang)化,而氧(yang)化鋁(lv)(lv)并不導電(dian)。為此,應(ying)制作接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian),將電(dian)池組件(jian)的鋁(lv)(lv)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)框與(yu)(yu)鍍(du)鋅(xin)支(zhi)(zhi)架進(jin)行(xing)銜(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)。具體做法:制作一根接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)線(xian),兩頭(tou)壓上(shang)相應(ying)的線(xian)鼻(bi)子,一個線(xian)鼻(bi)子經過自(zi)攻絲(si)與(yu)(yu)鋁(lv)(lv)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)框的接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)地(di)(di)孔銜(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie),一個線(xian)鼻(bi)子經過鍍(du)鋅(xin)支(zhi)(zhi)架上(shang)的裝(zhuang)置(zhi)螺栓(shuan)進(jin)行(xing)銜(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie);這樣與(yu)(yu)鋁(lv)(lv)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)框經過自(zi)攻絲(si)與(yu)(yu)線(xian)鼻(bi)子銜(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie),就(jiu)克(ke)服了鋁(lv)(lv)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)框外(wai)表(biao)陽極氧(yang)化的絕緣,到達與(yu)(yu)支(zhi)(zhi)架銜(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)的意圖。

太(tai)陽能(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏組(zu)(zu)件(jian)存(cun)在熱(re)斑(ban)的(de)位置以及隱形膠帶位置都容易(yi)(yi)出現(xian)背板鼓包,尤其(qi)在兩(liang)個位置出現(xian)重疊的(de)情況下(xia)更加容易(yi)(yi)出現(xian)背板鼓包,主要是(shi)溫度(du)高導致(zhi)材料氣化(hua)所致(zhi)。光(guang)(guang)伏組(zu)(zu)件(jian)在應用(yong)過程(cheng)中,電(dian)池(chi)片本身吸收(shou)的(de)太(tai)陽光(guang)(guang)會有一部分轉變(bian)成熱(re)能(neng),造(zao)(zao)成組(zu)(zu)件(jian)內(nei)部溫度(du)升(sheng)高,EVA內(nei)的(de)紫(zi)外(wai)吸收(shou)劑將吸收(shou)的(de)紫(zi)外(wai)光(guang)(guang)轉換成一部分熱(re)能(neng),散發到組(zu)(zu)件(jian)內(nei)部。一般來講正常組(zu)(zu)件(jian)的(de)工作溫度(du)在70℃-80℃之(zhi)間,根據測(ce)試數(shu)據證明,溫度(du)升(sheng)高會對太(tai)陽能(neng)光(guang)(guang)伏組(zu)(zu)件(jian)的(de)功率輸(shu)出造(zao)(zao)成影響。
